Born in 1984, Norwegian designer Daniel Rybakken studied at the Oslo School of Architecture and the School of Arts & Crafts in Gothenburg, Sweden. Since launching his own practice in 2008, he has won numerous prestigious awards, including the “Best of the Best” Red Dot Award in 2007 and the Bruno Mathsson Award in 2011. Rybakken’s work focuses on the relationship between light and space, often exploring daylight replication.
