Inga Sempé^[8]

Paris-based French designer Inga Sempé is known for her subtle yet strong design aesthetic. A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle (ENSCI) in Paris, she was awarded a scholarship at the Villa Medici, Académie de France in Rome. Her designs are characterized by their tactile quality and lightness, focusing on everyday usability. Sempé’s approach often involves selecting materials that enhance the functionality of her products. She received the Red Dot Design Award in 2007.
