Sited within Barcelona's trendy Borne district, a stone's throw from the storied Gothic quarter, new eaterie Saboc is not a tapas bar, but a restaurant that eschews the traditional three-course meal for a selection of plates to share. Housed in a building that previously occupied two restaurants, the new project was designed by interior architect trio Juan Carlos Fernández, Reyes Castellano and Adam Bresnick, who have created a clean, fresh space in muted grey tones, with sharp splashes of lemon yellow.
